Systemic thinking, general theories of systems,
and the work of the systems movement are worth preserving in perpetuity.
At present, systems theory is often inadequate and
systems practice is often naïve. Better systemic theories and more successful
applications of these theories need to be established.
Systemics /systemology is an applied philosophy worth developing on its own theoretical merits on behalf of the next generation of scientific thought, and in practice for substantially improved applications.
